The Executive Boardroom is a fantastic, convenient spot for your next corporate meeting. Located within the award-winning Pacifica Building in Auckland CBD, it is accessed via a dedicated entrance lobby and lift independent of the residential tower.  The Space can host business meetings, workshops and social events.

The Boardroom opened in May 2023, and is the perfect place to host seating up to 24 pax.  The modern space consists of a long boardroom, a breakout area with a couple bar leaners and chairs, a fully utilisable kitchenette, and an outdoor patio area.

If you need to conduct a meeting with a group or an individual who is off-site, teleconference is available, the room is complete with three Samsung 65-inch smart tv monitors on adjoining walls to provide comfortable viewing vantage points for online presentations.

Being a short walk from Britomart and the Fullers Ferry Services, with train, bus, and ferry transport close at hand, as well as all the amenities of the Auckland CBD, it ticks all the boxes as a desirable Bookable space.

This is a self-catering event space with a range of excellent local businesses nearby for meal options and coffee’s.  Alternatively, the team are able to assist with external catering if required.
