The Brick Barn is a great little character meeting venue and secret hideaway. Don’t tell anyone about it! This cute and rustic space is located just off State Highway 16 and only minutes from Grey Lynn hub and CBD.
The versatile meeting venue is a large character barn with exposed beams, brickwork walls and lots of natural light. Dimensions are 6 x 7 meters
There is a large outdoor courtyard for fresh air and break times. Use of the back end of the adjoining house is available for a break out | extra meeting space and full access to the residential kitchen is also an option.
It is the perfect meeting venue or studio space, for business meetings, small conferences, training seminars, classes, film shoots and other events.
A maximum of 30 people can be accommodated at the venue, depending on seating arrangements
- Prices
Full Day: $600.00 + GST
Cancellation fee of 10% applies if bookings are cancelled less than one week before the event date.
- Catering
Free tea and coffee station included in the hire price.
Catering can be ordered if required or Grey Lynn café’s are only a couple of minutes’ away.

60″ plasma screen that is connectable to WIFI and PC included.
White board and flip chart stand included in the price. Charges apply for flip chart paper if required or you can bring your own.
Parking
Plenty of off street parking available nearby. Parking is available on the premises for mobility issues.
