Tui Hills When you escape Auckland city and head out West you’ll come across the outstanding and inspiring venue that is Tui Hills.
Nestled in the native bush-covered Waitakere Ranges, Tui Hills is just 30 minutes’ drive from central Auckland and offers a stunning venue for parties, retreats and special events.

Flaxmere House is a small boutique luxury stay and events venue with soul restoring indoor and outdoor spaces. It’s magical and almost impossible to imagine if you haven’t been there so get in touch to arrange a visit. You won’t be disappointed. The venue is flexible when it comes to catering and drinks so be sure to talk to them about all the available options.
This stunning little boutique venue is a beautifully understated private retreat with 6 settler style one bedroom cottages with tastefully designed cosy interiors complete with a log fireplace. The configuration is bedroom, separate lounge/kitchen and bathroom. The venue can sleep up to 6 people single occupancy, 12 people twin share occupancy or 18 people triple share.
There’s a character filled lodge for conferencing for up to 35 pax with all you need to run a meeting, conference or event. The lodge includes a boardroom, dining room with fireplace and open plan kitchen with doors opening up onto the large wrap around deck.
Overall, there is 5 hectares of space to play with at Vineyard Cottages and The Hunting Lodge is directly next door for off site dinners and wine tasting.
There’s plenty of space for indoor or outdoor activities and team building and privacy to focus on the core purpose of your team’s visit.
