Lilli has been lovingly transformed into the cutest little bar on wheels and is available for your own portable bar hire.

Whether you are planning a wedding, private party or a corporate event, we will go anywhere Lilli can fit.

A fully serviced mobile bar is the perfect option for easy, hassle-free beverage service, as well as adding a fun twist and unique atmosphere to your event. It’s a conversation starter, a point of difference, a WOW factor. The concept is simple. You supply the drinks – we supply the caravan bar, staff and extras such as premium crystal glassware.

The Cute Caravan Company crew are passionate about great service, attention to detail and most importantly, great events enjoyed by all, for guests and the hosts. Mobile bar packages are available and beverage options can be tailored to suit your needs.

Lilli is also available for dry hire for brand activations, product launches, collaborations and photo shoots as well so let us know what you require and how we can make it work! We are based in Auckland but happy to travel – we love a good road trip!

Package one:
Four hours of service starts at a cost of $1,110+gst

Package two:
Six hours of service starts at a cost of $1,410+gst 

Package three:
Eight hours of service starts at a cost of $1,710+gst

For up to 100 guests you will receive:

– Lilli the unique caravan bar 

– Two friendly & professional bar staff 

– Champagne, wine and high ball glassware

– Drink dispenser filled with fruit infused water and disposable cups

– 60ks ice to fill our ice wells in Lilli 

– Stylish lighting for inside and around the caravan 

– Napkins & straws 

– Planning support in regards to bar operations, alcohol  quantities and unlimited communication

We can create signature non-alcoholic punches, like a virgin mojito, to go in our drink dispensers at a cost of $60+gst each.

Wine barrel – $60+gst to hire.

Wooden trestle table – 1.800 x 700 wide (ideal for grazing table, dessert station or tea & coffee) – $40+gst to hire

Wooden vintage tea trolley – $40+gst to hire

Tea & instant coffee setup – $3pp+gst

On the day co-ordination & styling  – $80+gst per hour 

Festoon Lights (30m)  – $110+gst  


We work with fantastic AV & DJ suppliers to help pull your event together
