The Boardroom by Business Action

The Boardroom by Business Action has been created to provide a simple and professional space for teams and groups to meet and discuss in privacy and peace. It is flooded with natural light and fully equipped with all the AV equipment that you might need to run your sessions, all of which are included in the venue hire price. It’s situated by the Auckland Domain with easy access to the park and the Auckland Museum should you need to take time out and stretch your legs during the day and is a great backdrop for and public space for team building activities and events.

It can seat 12 – 15 people boardroom style or classroom style & can accommodate up to 25 people theatre style.

The Boardroom has flexible rates to meet your needs:

Hourly rates from 8.30am – 5.30pm: $100 + GST. Minimum two hour booking.

Half day rate 8.00am – 12.00pm or 1.00pm to 5.00pm: $400 + GST

Full day rate 9.00am – 5.30pm: $700 + GST

Evening rate 6.00pm – 9.00pm: $500 + GST

All bookings include:

Tea & Coffee

Teas, coffees and water are included in your venue hire price.

Conference and event catering can be organised for you through a number of high quality, trusted caterers.

You can also arrange your own catering if you prefer.


The boardroom if fully fitted with all your AV requirements in mind including a 65” LED TV with Apple TV & HDMI, Bose Sound Touch system, conference camera and mic, fibre broadband and WIFI.


There are a number of private car parks available on site for $20 per car and plenty of on street parking at a reasonable price.
